Microsoft Nlb Multicast Static Arp Juniper
I've found some KB pages on Juniper's site talking about multicast NLB but. SRX240 and Windows NLB. Static ARP entries for the multicast NLB IP.

In my understanding IGMP is used just to mitigate swtich flooding, it doesn't provide HA features. NLB is just for LB, you should plan for HA at network level.

Hi, I configured windows NLB in multicast mode and gave the MAC to network team for adding a static ARP entry in switches, i am wondering whether this MAC id is dynamic or it will stay the same untill i change the mode, or should i go for IGMP mode When you configure NLB, whether it in 'Unicast', 'Multicast' or 'IGMP Multicast', the MAC Address is always static. But, the MAC Address for each mode is different.
